The production process of PU sports insoles mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: The main raw materials of PU sports insoles include polyurethane (PU) material, graphene slurry, defoamer and leveling agent. First, the PU slurry, graphene slurry, defoamer and leveling agent are mixed and stirred, and vacuum treatment is performed during the stirring process to remove bubbles in the mixed slurry.
Treatment of mixed slurry: The mixed slurry is heat-insulated to ensure its uniformity and stability.
Injection into the mold cavity: The treated mixed slurry is injected into the mold cavity, and the surface fabric is placed in the mold cavity. Then the template is closed and ready for molding.
Heating and curing: The mold is heated to 50-70℃, and cold air is introduced through the cooling pipe. After the mixed slurry is initially cured, the cold air delivery is stopped, and the lower electric heating pipe is powered on and heated to complete the final curing process.
Molding and trimming: After the processing is completed, the mold is opened and trimmed to achieve the molding of the PU insole.
